It’s Day 3 of the no explanation no people 7 day B&W photo challenge. Simple right? But me being me – I had to go and complicate it 😀
“I never knew anybody . . . who found life simple. I think a life or a time looks simple when you leave out the details.” ― Ursula K. Le Guin, The Birthday of the World and Other Stories

believing
knowing
that one day
even fate
would give in.
Thank you Orange for nominating me – people please do check out her awesome blog and selection although I have to confess this one is my favorite and not just because it breaks the rules 😉
If you are worried and upset at having missed my earlier posts on this challenge here are the links 😀

Doesn’t she look as if she is trying to cover her naked ‘ugliness’ with the money plant? Clearly she’s been around humans for far too long 😉

Sunset at Mumbai – the clouds and the sky come together in a bid to give the even uni-dimensional sky an artistic textured finish to a wonderful day.
I thought this photo was apt for the topic because of the many textures and layers to it and not just the fine work on the gopuram. And of course I couldn’t resist showing off the perfectly symmetrically branched tree 😀
Can you not feel the coarseness of this quaint refuge from the hot sun?
This is a section of the outer walls of the Amer fort at Jaipur which is meant to keep out the enemy. Yet there’s something beautiful and captivating about it don’t you think? I wonder if they had specialists who focused on the beautification of ramparts?
Amazing what H2O can be right? 😀 Flowing water, floating clouds or rock solid ice.
A random click of picturesque Prague. The lighter and darker shades of green, the brick roof, both grey and white clouds in a blue sky – sigh…
