This is in response to Daily Post’s weekly photo challenge – Look Up. Obedient to the core, I looked up.
Last week was a difficult time. Looking up, it struck me that the long and short of it was that all of us are trapped in a spin of our own until Someone switches us off. Claustrophobic and not in the best frame of mind, I walked out in search of succor and inspiration.
Trees are such a comfort – and who can resist an endless blue sky dotted with cotton clouds? Horizons expanding, I walked to the other side of the house for a change in perspective.
Heart full, a crick in the neck, I couldn’t help looking down.
Quite a refreshing sight wouldn’t you say?
A bit easier than before, I went back in and read YP’s post – “Dragging through is ok β we willΒ NOT always be able toΒ Dash through issuesβ¦.”
βLife is a series of natural and spontaneous changes. Don’t resist them; that only creates sorrow. Let reality be reality. Let things flow naturally forward in whatever way they like.β

I am sorry to hear that you had a challenging time last week. But good to hear that this week you are looking up and going up. Great shot of the sky and the clouds. While a clear blue sky may me nice, I always love how clouds add a bit of pomp and texture to the canvas outdoors above our heads.
I love YP’s blog, and I love that post of hers. Dashing and rushing might get us to a place faster, but at the end we may feel tired because of it. But sometimes rushing gets us no where and we may feel even more confused as to where we end up. Take care π
