Fireworks
Words 100
Nita breathed in the sea air. āA long drive to show off your new car!ā
āItās been weeks since we met. Even the carās a month old. Do you even care?ā Rohit huffed.
āSorry, this month was crazy.ā
āMineās next month.ā He tucked a strand behind her ear. āShould we…do you think…will you marry me?ā he was on his knees, holding out a ring. āI know itās not much of a proposal. I thought of fireworks but they cause pollution…ā
āThat clinches it!ā she held out her hand. āAs a child, I was forced to work in a firecracker factory.ā

You just never know when something will click with another. I think those 2 were meant to be together. Good story, Dahlia.
