Gosh – how time flies! January is already over and we are well into February while March is pretty booked up (at least for me!) so that’s one quarter of 2016 all but over – Yikes! 
Isn’t there some way to hold back time – while having fun and fast forwarding when it is not so much fun? Ah well I guess not – but the least we can do is dump all those wasteful time consuming activities and mindsets that don’t really matter. Here’s is an article on the biggest wastes of time that we regret as we grow older – wish I had read it when I was younger, but then it is never too late is it?
And here’s something that you will hopefully not consider a waste of time 
– Chapter 29 but the icing (non-fattening variety
