Just 4 Fun # 26

Hello! How was your Valentine’s day?

I had the most wonderful V-day – binge watching a web series on my own 😉 😀

Here’s an assorted (mostly V-day) collection which I hope will brighten up your day:

Dont miss the candles 😀

But seriously a bit too much eh?

That’s more like it 😀

Hmm, I have to admit I am a very sporty kind a person – what about you?

Indeed! And birds of a feather flock together 😉

How true!

Hope you liked these memes – none of which are mine by the way. I received all of them as forwards/shares and am just keeping the fun going. If you have something to share, please leave your link and I will be along in just a bit.

Have a super week and don’t forget to have some fun as well.

      1. Overall I loved it. It felt a bit rushed towards the end, so I feel the story could have been spread out better. Barun was simply amazing! He reaffirmed every fan’s belief in him. The photography was excellent. The composition of some shots left me drooling. Surbhi was also very good. And she looks good with him.
What did you think of it?

      2. Overall a good one time watch. Surbhi was excellent and held her own with BS – who was properly milked for all the range of emotions that he can deliver to perfection 😉 Although I do wish he hadnt taken off his shirt or danced 😀 I was not too happy with the story, which dragged in many places (showed her designing changing seasons with her attire changing but the tree outside was unchanged! and then they write 6 months later – what the!) And also both are in pain and yet their friends keep poking them at a wedding – you are broken, you are in pain etc etc. Who does that? At least not on one’s own wedding isn’t it? I was more impressed with the girl’s character and her backstory. Haider’s backstory and issues were very lame and unbelievable are you kidding me kinds. But what I found hilarious was that this time they made sure fandom had no complaints about SR – they started with it 😀 😀

      3. Much as I adore him, dancing is not his forte, I have to admit!
That prodding in the middle of festivities did jar. They should have used a better tool to bring out their Tanhaiyan.
As for that tree, maybe it was an evergreen variety 😂
Can I be a bit cheeky and ask you to write something on this pair? 😘

      4. Ahh – hmm now there’s a thought 😉 I’ll let the idea germinate and let’s see what Dmami comes up with – abhi toh kucho naahi keh sakat 😉 😀 But thanks for the vote of confidence and suggestion 🙂

  1. I loved ‘Peanuts’ by Charles Schulz. Woodstock, Chalie Brown and Snoopy gave me a lot of pleasure. I used to look at the cartoon strip and notice every single stroke drawn by Charles S. I also love the British cartoon ‘Perishers’ You introduced me to Calvin. How things can be so cruel when you are a little child.
I never watched the web series Tanhaiyan as it was not available in the UK. I am not a fan of BS so I was not much interested. Did you do a Khulasa on it? I would love to read it.

    1. I did watch Tanhaaiyan although I didnt do a Khulasa. But I did feel it could have been so much better (but marvelous considering the rot that is being dished out daily). BS is good as usual but I do wish he wouldnt take off his shirt or dance 😛 The girl (Surbhi) was also decent and believable. The story seemed contrived and fitted around some spiffy smart dialogues and the need to show the whole range of BS expression and satiate pending jumpy hormones of IPK fans demanding consummation (they began this with consummation!). The girl’s character was better etched and back story was more interesting and believable than the guy – his story and back story was very shoddy and unbelievable. And his character was pretty unimpressive. Must look up Perishers! Thanks 🙂
